Cancellation Policy.

At Need Med Spa, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $100 charge to the card on file.

• In the event of a no-show, you will also be charged $100.
